You as a private person or as a representative of a Company.
Acceptance
By purchasing products and/or services from the Site, you agree to be bound by and accept these "Terms and Conditions".
Change of Information
XLN Audio has the right to change the information and these Terms & Conditions at any time. The pictures shown and descriptions made of the products are only approximations of the actual products and we cannot guarantee the information provided is 100% accurate at all times.
Information provided by you
It is your responsibility that all details provided to XLN Audio for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
Information Secrecy
When you register an account with us, your information stays with us. We do not provide your information to any third party for any purpose other than to carry out the transaction online (credit card companies etc). If you for any reason would like to delete your account with us just let us know via email and we will help you with this.
Your rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights, which cannot be excluded or restricted at law.
Pricing
The total price that is provided in our webshop includes:
- VAT (if you are a private person bying from within the EU)
- order processing and handling by us
- shipping
The total price does NOT include:
- Any fees incurred by customs, postage handling, etc by any other entity than us
- VAT (if you are bying as a representative for a company that resides in a EU country and that has a valid VAT No, or if you live in ANY other country outside of the EU union
VAT
Depending on who you are, and how you choose to purchase in our webshop, prices are VAT inclusive or VAT exclusive. Please read below to see what applies to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase you make is appropriate to you and where you are from.
- - EU - Private person All private persons within the European Union have to buy the products with VAT included in the total price. The VAT rate is currently 25% of the net price (Swedish VAT). The confirmation email you receive upon purchase will clearly show the amount of VAT included in the price.
- - EU - Company with VAT No If you are buying the product as a representative for a company within the European Union, and this company has a valid VAT No, you can purchase the products in our webshop without VAT. You have to register the Company Name and VAT No with us when registering your account. The confirmation email you receive will clearly show "VAT not included in price".
- - Rest of the World If you are from ANY other country than those of the European Union, you will buy our products without VAT.

Our right to cancel the order
We reserve the right to cancel the order/purchase at any time. This might happen if we have insufficient stock to deliver, the items were listed at an incorrect price for whatever reason, the payment was refused, not authorized, or declined by your credit card provider. If we cancel the order you will be notified by email to the address you registered with us.
Confirmation of Purchase
When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your purchase order. Please print this email and keep it for your records. That you have received an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. If the Product is not available we will also let you know by email.
Liability
We shall not be liable for any consequential loss including without limitation any loss caused by interruption of your business, loss of electronic information or physical damage to property and whether directly or indirectly caused by any breach of contract or by negligence by us or by any servant or agent of ours.
Governing Jurisdiction
This agreement is subject to the law of Sweden and Stockholm. All disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden and Stockholm.
SHIPPING
Shipping Price
Shipping price is clearly stated during checkout and on your receipt.
Processing of shipping orders
Orders received (including those recieved on a bank holiday) will be processed on the next available 2-5 working days. We shall not be bound to ship the goods until you have paid for them.
Shipping Class
We send all shipments with First Class Registered Mail from Sweden. This offers good security, good handling and ensurance, and also provides the best balance between price and shipping time.
Shipping Address
The goods will be delivered to your registered address. It is your responsibility to verify that the address you have provided is correct. In many countries the goods will be delivered to your nearest post office, a notice will be sent to you informing you that you have something to pick up.
Shipping times
We cannot guarantee shipping times but we aim to deliver to you within 10 working days. Depending on your location in the world the shipping time may be longer or shorter. During times of bank or public holidays you can expect longer shipping times. Delays in shipping are sometimes out of our control and all shipping dates (if any are given) are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in shipping the goods to you.
Stock Availability
We strive to give you the latest information on stock availability. Even so, we may receive an order from you at a time when the products are out of stock. If the product(s) are not in stock we will inform you via email of this situation as soon as possible, and inform you of when we expect to have the product back in stock.
Customs
We do not know if any extra costs will be incurred to you when the goods are shipped to your country. Every country has its own policies and laws for handling this, and we cannot keep track of these rules. If you want more information about this, we cannot help you. Please contact your local authorities. Please note that any costs relating to customs or handling of any kind incurred to you in your country is your responsibility to pay, and they are not included in the total price.
You must sign for the goods
In many countries the goods will be delivered to a post office close to you, a notice will be sent to you, and you can then pick up the goods at the post office. You are responsible for making sure that you are available to sign for the goods a post office close to you, in order to receive the goods. If the goods remain unsigned for, the goods will automatically be returned to us. If this happens you will be notified by us, and we may have to charge you additional shipping fees for shipping the goods again to you.
Lost shipping
If your goods are lost during shipping, they will be replaced by us as soon as is reasonably possible. If you think this has happened, please contact us at our shop support:
