Mapped EXDrummer

Postby Druv3us » Fri Sep 23, 2011 5:23 am

Hi Guys;
I looked everywhere for a quick and easy mapping solution to use my old EXDrummer midis.

Now I may be totally wrong as i just bought AD today but it seemed to me that all you have to do is load a blank map (I just blanked out an existing one), then link each sound with the corresponding key on your midi controller (I just have a cheapo KeyRig)

I've played a pile of midis through it and they seem to be fine. I do need to fine tune the half open hats as they are a bit clangy but that'll take a minute tops.

I read through many posts on this forum and noticed a ton of people had this same complaint. It honestly didnt take more than 10 minutes to make an EXDrummer map for AD.

My only logical question is what am I missing here?

I must be overlooking something.

That's the way to do it! I'm sure it would be very appreciated if you could upload the Map Preset here (perhaps via speedyshare.com or similar) for others to use :)

I thought it was too easy. The DFH map is much busier but I'm going to get that underway when I have a minute to myself.

I'm not sure how to upload it though. I could email the map to you (it's 16k) and maybe you could.

Let me know in a private message or whatever you feel.
