Using ADD live via computer anyone?

Anyone using ADD / computer for live shows using a drum module / triggers? What gear is needed to do this, any latency issues? I intend to use ADD live, have several E Kits, and was told ADD is much better than stock sounds in your typical drum module. I have Yahaha DTxtreme 3.0, and several DDrum modules. Thank you.

Yes to better sounds.
Beware of latency.
TD-20W works very well, guess DTextreme will work good as well.

If you are using alot of half-open hihats, test it first, sometimes its a nightmare to use... depending on music-style.

also, latency: I ran my computer (MBP 17, internal audiocard, MOTU midi), and got my latency down at 1,5 ms 64 samples....

You need to test the latency or you'll never get satisfied live.

Check, test, check, and teset again. .....

We have a problem to get the hihat working in ADD. We have the Ddrum 4 module + kit to trigger in ADD. Is there anyone who has this problem too? We tried mapping the hihat via the LEARN mode, but somehow ADD doesnt seem to recognize if the clutch is up or down (it plays a clutch sound though). Plz if anyone has a tip on solving this!
