Help with TD-4 Model!!

Hello, my roland td-4 was working fine up until one moment. I don't know what happened and i can't get through to customer support. Whenever i try to click the record button on the module it just makes a beeping sound and doesn't record. Along with that, when selecting a kit, I can only go forward through the 25 kits and can't go back. To go back to the beginning at drum kit 1, i have to do a factory reset but the problem still stays. Everything erases and all my changes are erased every time.

Hi there, this sounds like a Roland TD4 module issue, nothing with AD software. I have the same unit and never had this issue before. Get a hold of Roland and hopefully your unit is still under warranty.
