i downloaded it and looked it up in the mac finder tool and looked for a file that said installer i clicked on the one that was installer for mac did that and it said it installed but i i don't know hot to open it after

Addictive Drums is a Virtual Instrument plugin, and can't be run as a "standalone" software (that's why there's no startup icon for it). You load it into a host software such as Cubase/Logic/GarageBand etc.
