Hello, I would like to know if you provide to create a ADpack with Latin
Percussion?
Thanks for your answer and for your product.
François. |

You already have EZDrummer expansion for that, and it's very good
actually!
I, for one, would like XLN to continue doing just drums, not percussion.
There are already several latin percussion sample packs out there, look out
for them. |

Hello,
I know there's the EZDrummer Latin expansion, the Fxpansion BFD
Percussion... If I choose the AD products, it's because I wanted only one
product. I can't buy (I am not a millionnaire, I'm only a musicien) a
second Drums/Percussion soft. That's why I ask this question.
So I hope AD will change there mind, and then i'll be one of the first
purchaser. |

What difference does it make? If you don't have enough money to buy a
different drum sampler, then you won't have money for AD percussions
either. You don't make a lot of sense. If you can save up for future AD
expansions, you can also save up to buy EZdrummer and Latin Percussion
pack. EZX expansions are ON A SALE, here:
http://www.audiomidi.com/searchresults.aspx?SearchQuery=ezx
They can't get cheaper than that. You can pay via PayPal and the serial key
will be e-mailed to you. It's a downloadable version. Very affordable. You
really don't have to be a millionaire to buy this. |

yeah- I agree with evil dragon: AD should stick with drumset
products-they've got the few cowbells and tambourines that are neccessary
for drummers, and hopefully someday will add some roto toms or maybe some
piccolo toms, but I think it should be only stuff that is used on a drumset
by drumset players- so no hand percussion.
I would also like to see some other drummer's favourite pieces like Jam
Blocks, Bell Chimes (like the Bozzio Radia Cup Chimes) and maybe a few
timbales or mini timbales or octobans be added whenever we finally get the
update that allows for more kit pieces, but I don't want to see a Latin
Percussion only expansion, because the EZX is more than awesome enough for
that and AD can find other Market niches to fill. |

| for me its not about the money. its about the ease of use and the beauty of
one stop shopping. This is a part time gig for me so the time spent ramping
a a bunch of different tools really slows me down. I'm a newbie and just
learned about AD today. Looks really cool and was about to buy it. Now that
I know there is no Latin pack, i have to consider other tools that might
fit my needs. |

I have to agree with the guy that started this thread. I would love to buy
a latin percussion AD Pack with some nice grooves. Tore, are there any
plans? i really am loving your product and have this brand loyalty thing
going. So before I give my money to another company, I would like to give
you guys a chance. The argument about AD sticking with just drums is
absurd. AD does such a fine job on sounds, why wouldn't it be great if
they added some other great percussion sounds? I don't see how this would
effect their drum sounds at all.

I have already responded to this question via e-mail, but in case anyone
else is interested:
I'm sorry, but I can't give you any dates or details about upcoming
products I'm afraid. What I can tell you is that Latin Percussion is quite
a popular request, so we might look into it in the future. |

+1
I would love percussions in Addictive Drums: I'd rather stick to one
supplier than having to learn another program, however easy. |
