Return Policy

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the order at any time either before or up to 14 days after purchase, for a full refund* (see below) provided that you have not registered and authorized the product. The product can be used without authorization for 10 days in "grace mode".

Defective Goods

If you suspect that the goods you have received are defective / not working, you may, within 14 days after the goods have been delivered to you, contact us to receive a replacement.

Full Refund

When we receive your cancelation and ensure that the product has not been authorized, we will give you a full refund.

Please note that we do not refund any costs that may have been incurred to you for customs or any postage or packaging costs incurred by any other entity than XLN Audio.

The total refund will equal that of the amount payed to us when you made the purchase on our website.
