Where is my license number?

If you have purchased the product in our webshop, or if you have previously registered or authorized it, the product is already registered in your account.

This means that you can skip directly to step 2 in the authorization guide:

Your license numbers are not visible in your account. They are single use unlock codes that add the product(s) to your account. Too see which products you've bought or registered simply visit the My Account / My Products page. Check the products download listing to see which products you own.

We try to answer all e-mails within 1-2 business days. If you've got a question that you think other Addictive Drums users could have the answer too, try posting a question in our forum.
